MIND:  Stress can come from the inside as well as the outside of our body.  One of the first signs of stress are a fast heartbeat, memory loss, a feeling of pressure in our stomach area and over-thinking.  We all deal with stress on a daily basis, how we deal with it is another thing.  Try not to over-think about things that makes you feel stressful.  Release the thought and move on.  Relax the body and get rest.  Lack of sleep, fatigue and poor nutrition are major contributors to stress.                           

BODY:  If you can not eat solid food or sit down for a meal, Juice.  It takes about 10 carrots for a glass of of carrot juice.  Just think of all the nutrients you can get in one glass of juice with beets, carrots, kale, oranges and berries.  Keep in mind the juice must be fresh and can be made as needed.  Keep some on hand at the office or in the fridge for a quick and healthy pick me up.    

SOUL:  There is pleasure and there is bliss.  Forgo the first to possess the second.
