Heads up to parents and young folk.  The City of Philadelphia has a new curfew law that will go into affect on Thurday of next week.  The new ordinance creates an evening curfew for three age groups if the minor is outside without a parent or legal guardian, Additionally, the legislation creates an up to $500 penalty  for the parents of youth committing curfew violations.
