Florida State Quarterback Jameis Winston was accused by a former Florida State student of rape. After a year-long investigation, the state attorney says no charges will be brought against anyone in this case. The Law says what she accused Winston of did not happen, which was rape. This is from Brittany in the mail bag: "When my husband and I got married, I took his last name. Now that we are getting a divorce, he says I need to give him his last name back because we don't have children. My husband is a person of status and wants me to 'give him his last name back.' Because we were married, I think I should be able to keep it. Should I drop his last name or keep it?"
