Bobby Brown is set to release his first new album in 14 years. The New Edition star and ex husband of the late Whitney Houston has known for a while that he wanted to return to his career but needed to focus on getting his life together and becoming a better person. The album is entitle "Masterpiece", because Brown feels as if “this is the best work he's ever done ". Citing that it took him over a year to complete the album, he told press that “it was time to get back to doing what he does best, which is being an entertainer” and doing it well. This "healing process" has helped Brown come to terms with his life which was laden with drug and alcohol addiction an addition to an unstable and extremely public marriage to the late Whitney Houston, who passed away on February 11, 2012. Through it all Brown says that he has become comfortable with himself and is content with his life at the moment.

A man named Alpha Lorenzo Walker along with his girlfriend Tamara Eileen Diaz are awaiting a court hearing after attempting to extort money from Stevie Wonder. Walker claims to be Wonder’s nephew and supposedly has information that would embarrass the Motown star. The couple reportedly asked Wonder for millions of dollars in order to keep stories and information away from the tabloids. Although the two have pleaded non guilty, they are on the eve their court appearance set for May 16th to see if the case will go to trial. Bail has been set for the duo and both have prior offenses on their records.
