The Mighty O does not play. Oprah Winfrey served Barbara Winfrey, her dad Vernon's ex-wife, with an eviction notice to remove Barbara from the home Oprah owns. Barbara claims Oprah is bullying her out of the home, and that house was a wedding gift she expected to live in the rest of her life. After a judge backed Oprah, Barbara started to drop a dime on Oprah's personal life. The ex Mrs. Winfrey claims Oprah and Gayle King have a bizarre relationship, and that there's no romance with Stedman. Barbara says Stedman and Oprah have money, secrets and convenience keeping them together and that it's all for show.

Columbus Short still has to get out and stay out. A judge is allowing the Scandal co-star back to his home but only to gather his things and vacate the premises in two hours. Short moved out of the home he shares with his wife Tuere after she filed a restraining order against him. The order alleges that he threatened to kill her and himself, and then slashed her tires. This is the second domestic violence accusation against Short toward Tuere. Short is still facing domestic violence and child abuse charges from the first incident. He did catch a break when a man he allegedly knocked out at a restaurant refused to press charges. Tuere Short has filed for divorce and is seeking custody of the couple's two-year old daughter.
