We Remember Actor/Comedian Paul Reubens. Reubens was best known for playing Pee Wee He ran which was a cultural phenomenon during the 70’s. Reubens died after a battle with Cancer. He was 70.
We also remember Actor Angus McCloud McCloud 25 was one of the stars of the HBO Show Euphoria. In recent weeks family say he had a hard time dealing with the death of his dad and he had been having suicidal thoughts.
Our Prayers and condolences also go out to Iyanla Van Zandt of the loss of her youngest daughter Nisa. 20 years ago Iyanla lost her daughter Gemma.
The motion pictures Barbie and Oppenheimer continue to dominate the Box Office, coming in at No.1 and No.2. Haunted Mansion with Tiffany, Jamie Lee Curtis, Danny Devito, Rosario Dawson made over 25 million at the Box Office coming in at Number 3rd. The movies Mission Impossible 3 and Indiana Jones are being seen as major disappointments because they cost so much money to make. It's going to be almost impossible to make that money up at the box office.
As the Actors and Writers strike continues to go on we are beginning to see the casualties. The Emmy Awards are being postponed until next year. Major movies due to come out this year Dune, Color Purple Movie Musical I hear these projects may be put off until next year because they want to Actors to promote their movies, but they can’t because of the strike.

West Phila Native Colman Domingo is starring in the new movie ‘Bayard’ Bayard Rustin was very instrumental part of the 1963 March on Washington. He was a close advisor to Dr. King but his role in the civil rights movement was pushed aside because he was an openly Gay Man. He fought for equality and human rights and now his story is finally being told.
