Join Cutmaster Butter and WDAS on Saturday, March 17th from 9:30am-11:30am at the PA Convention Center (13th & Arch St. entrance, East side) for the PMBC 2018 Block Captains Rally! Come out and join Block Captains and residents as we kick off the cleanup season and acknowledge the hard work put into keeping city blocks and neighborhoods clean throughout the year.
