(Oklahoma City, OK) -- A federal judge is granting a temporary injunction shielding Oklahoma City-based Hobby Lobby from a provision in the new federal health care law. The company’s owners argued that a requirement to provide contraceptive services to their employees violates their religious freedom. Judge Joe Heaton agreed and gave the federal government until October 1st to prepare an appeal.
